What if it gets something wrong?
Anything it is unsure about waits for your approval, and you can undo anything it wrote.
Could it bill a patient by mistake?
No. It never writes anything that bills on its own. That always waits for you.
Is my patients' data safe?
Yes. We are a HIPAA Business Associate and sign a BAA with your practice. Our cloud and AI vendors are under signed BAAs as well. Data is encrypted, recordings are not kept, and every action is logged.
What if I want out?
Turn off the key in Open Dental anytime. We delete your data and certify the deletion.
